Terms of use
These terms govern the use of acquird.ca and Acquird’s online tools, including the client portal. By using the site, you accept these terms.
1. Nature of published information
Site content, including margin percentages and savings examples, is provided for information purposes and represents orders of magnitude, not guaranteed outcomes. No content constitutes financial, tax or legal advice.
2. Account and client portal
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to upload only documents you have the rights to.
3. Intellectual property
The Acquird brand, logo, texts, photographs and site structure are the property of Acquird. Vehicle brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and serve only to illustrate the categories Acquird negotiates.
4. Limitation of liability
Acquird is not liable for the client’s purchase decisions, for conditions offered by any third-party seller, lender or insurer, or for a vehicle’s mechanical condition. Acquird’s liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the package fee paid.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, and the courts of the judicial district of Montreal have exclusive jurisdiction.
